Subscription Policy

1. Subscription Plans
FastPermits offers the following subscription plans:
- Free Plan: Access to the AI chatbot with a limit of 10 messages per user
- Monthly Plan: Unlimited access to the AI chatbot and additional features
- Annual Plan: All features of the Monthly Plan at a discounted rate when paid annually
- Enterprise Plan: Custom features and volume pricing for organizations
Current pricing for all plans is available on our Pricing Page.
We reserve the right to modify, terminate, or otherwise amend our offered subscription plans and pricing at any time.
2. Billing and Payment
By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our Pricing Page at the time of your subscription purchase.
Billing Cycle: For Monthly Plans, you will be billed on a recurring monthly basis. For Annual Plans, you will be billed once per year. Each billing cycle begins on the date of your initial subscription purchase.
Payment Methods: We accept payment via major credit cards and other payment methods as specified during the checkout process. All payment information is processed securely through our payment processor.
Price Changes: We may change the price of our subscription plans from time to time. If we change the price of your subscription plan, we will notify you at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the subscription after the price change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the modified subscription fee.
3. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial of our paid subscription plans. At the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged for the subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Trial eligibility, duration, and features may vary and are subject to change without notice.
4. Auto-Renewal
All paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of your billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the subscription fee plus any applicable taxes and fees.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, at which point it will not renew.
No Prorated Refunds: We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or unused messages/features if you cancel during an active billing cycle.
Exceptions: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:
- Technical issues that significantly impair service functionality and cannot be resolved
- Billing errors where you were charged incorrectly
- Other circumstances as required by applicable law
To request a refund, please contact us at info@fastpermits.co within 14 days of the charge.
6. Account Downgrade
If you downgrade from a paid subscription to a free plan, you will have access to the paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will be converted to the free plan with its associated limitations.
7. Subscription Limitations
Free Plan: Users on the Free Plan are limited to 10 AI chatbot messages. Once this limit is reached, users must upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the AI chatbot.
Usage Restrictions: All subscription plans are subject to fair use policies. We reserve the right to limit or temporarily suspend service for accounts showing patterns of excessive or abusive usage.
Account Sharing: Subscriptions are for individual use only unless explicitly stated otherwise (such as in Enterprise Plans). Sharing account credentials is prohibited and may result in account termination.
8. Changes to Subscription Features
We continually strive to improve our service and may add, modify, or remove features from our subscription plans. We will provide notice of substantial changes to features associated with your subscription plan.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and subscription if:
- You violate our Terms of Service or other policies
- We are unable to charge your payment method
- You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
- We cease providing the service in your region
If your account is terminated for violation of our policies, you may not be eligible for a refund.
10. Enterprise Subscriptions
Enterprise subscriptions are subject to separate terms and conditions as specified in the Enterprise Agreement. Where the Enterprise Agreement conflicts with this Subscription Policy, the terms of the Enterprise Agreement shall prevail.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date and will be accessible via our website. We encourage you to review this Subscription Policy periodically to stay informed about our subscription terms.
