3. Account Registration

4. Subscription and Payments

FastPermits offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free users have access to a limited number of chatbot messages.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing applicable to the subscription you select. We use third-party payment processors to bill you through a payment account linked to your account.

5. AI Service Limitations and Disclaimer

FASTPERMITS DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH OUR SERVICES AND DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR SUCH INFORMATION.

6. User Content and Conduct

Our Services may allow you to upload, submit, or transmit content, including questions, documents, and information related to your building projects ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant FastPermits a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such User Content for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.
